November 2 – College Application Process Session for Parents

17 Oct

Mr. Doug Hartog, Senior Associate Dean of Admissions at the University of Virginia will be visiting our campus on November 2nd. He represents the Overseas Schools Project, a partnership between College Board and the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Overseas Schools. While visiting, Mr. Hartog will make himself available as a valuable resource to the school community as a representative for the U.S. college and university admission process in general, not as a representative of the University of Virginia specifically.

This project is designed to enhance college guidance for students, parents, counselors and administrators to current US college admissions. The purpose of his visit will be to help students and families navigate the college/university admission and financial aid process in the United States.

A session will be offered for parents who are interested in learning more about the general college admissions process.

Where: High School Library at ASK

When: November 2nd from 8:45-9:45am
