MAP Testing – Grade 9 Students

21 Apr

The Measures of Academic Progress® (MAP®) tests is administered to all students at ASK from grades 3 to 9. All students in grade 9 will take the MAP® test this week, April 22-26.  They will be tested in Mathematics, Reading and Language Usage.

The MAP® test measures the student’s instructional level and the data is useful in determining student strengths and areas of growth.  The tests are unique in that they adapt to be appropriate for each student’s level of learning so that we can focus on individual growth and achievement.

If you would like more information about the MAP® results, please see the Parent Toolkit, which can be downloaded from the following link:  http://www.nwea.org/support/article/930/parent-toolkit.
